Hi does anyone know when this payment is taken out of your bank account, I have a feeling it is April but I'm not sure. Also I don't think it is called council tax but it is a payment similar to what we pay here.

My Town Hall tax (I believe its called SUMA) is taken early June each year. €118. I don't know if this depends on the property purchase date, so I assume everyone will pay the same time.
Usually first week of June if you have already registered with Alhama Council which is easier now they have an office in Al Kazar. 118 euros per couple approx. JF
