Hi,

We have family visiting our apartment from 20 June.  Could anyone let me know who we contact to let Security know so that there are no problems getting in and out at the security gates.  Also what information do they need?

This is the address that I use to let them know. You will need arrival and departure detail and name of who is staying there. I include the number of people in the party as well. Let your guests know that they will need to show proof of their ID on arrival.
