Corvera Golf Property Completions

Hi All, Does anyone have any news about the total number of properties now sold on the Corvera Golf site ? I remember Corvera saying it was over 400 sales completions around November last year, but i was wondering with all the talk of upgrades, swaps, airport openings, etc whether that figure has gone up much over the last 9 months ?

When the new majority shareholder bought his stake in Corvera Golf earlier this year there was a lot of talk about UK and Ireland solicitors and a big push toward getting deposit payers to either drop their refund cases so that properties could be 're-sold' or offering fantastic deals to deposit payers who had not yet completed, but since then it's all gone a bit quiet, does anyone have any comment ? even a rumour of progress would be good at this stage !

There have been very little new activity, I have had a couple of new buyers, and I believe that the number is no more than 420

There are a lot of people now onsite enjoying their properties plus we are very busy with new rental bookings this year, 5 times the rate of ,last year in fact I have almost run out of availability for August

To save time the course is being maintained but is VERY DRY and needs more water but the new re-cycling plant is still not open

Roy is correct, most of the owners use the Private Forum as their regular source of information. There are more people on it and the information is much better. This forum is only used occassionally by me if I am looking for some general updates on Spanish issues, not necessarily Corvera issues.

I wasn't sure what heading to post this under so I thought that this woud be suitable as it is regarding completions and legal cases

On the legal case front the forum has been very quiet after I believe that the Irwin Mitchell group agreed some settlement

I undertand  that there have been a number of cases that have gone through the Courts recently , based on the lack of the advertised facilities, where Corvera have won the action based on a dcoument, that is the Notarised verification of the current facilities,and I have managed to get a copy of this document which formed a major part of the Corvera defence

The document shows and lists the current facilities with good photographs and is Notarised, and if anybody would like a copy please PM me, know at the Notary’s attestation

Obviously have a finished clubhouse is great but we still wait for confirmed dates when it will open as they are still trying to find somebody willing to operate the facility, I am being told that 4 tenders have been received

These documents provide the courts with all the information that those of us who have completed already know. Corvera have built all of the "advertised" urban facilities as quickly as finances have allowed taking into consideration the failure of so many to complete payments on built properties. To be honest, I think that they have done an amazing job considering they have had literally no cash-flow.

Corvera's Legal obligations as a developer do not however extend to providing management to run these facilities, although I do know that they are actively seeking interested businesses to get the whole thing up and running.
