M4 Community Charges

Unpaid Community Charges on M4

Camara (the managing agents for M4) may have already contacted you. However, the President of M4 has asked me to post a message on this forum to ask those owners of properties in M4 that have not set up Direct Debit Mandates, for their monthly community charges, to contact Camara as soon as possible. There are still many owners who have not paid. If you do not have the direct debit mandate please message me and I can e-mail it to you.

Monthly payments started in June. If Camara has not deducted all the monthly payments from your bank account the President has asked if you could discuss this with them and arrange for the necssary payments to be made.

However, the President of M4 has asked me to re-post a message on this forum to ask those owners of properties in M4 that have not set up Direct Debit Mandates, for their monthly community charges, to contact Camara as soon as possible. There are still many owners who have not paid. If you do not have the direct debit mandate please message me with your e-mail address and I will send it to you.

A meeting of the M4 Community is scheduled in February 2013 (details will be announced), when further decisions will be taken as to what action will be taken against those who have not paid their Community Charges.
