arenal golf phase 4 expected to hand over in two stages some blocks completed aproximatley end of december 06 the rest expected middle next year (june 07) block s1/2/3/4/ in dec 06 once work completed you have to wait for town hall to issue the first occupancy licence as soon as all doccuments are in order you can proceed with signing of private deed and hand over of your dwelling this may take 6-10 weeks you will advised in writing and sent a copy of the first occuopancy licence so that you can proceed with arranging of your mortgage ect
