Air Conditioning installed by Climatorre

Has anyone had any dealings with this company Climatorre?  They have advertised heavily throughout Roldan and surrounding areas and I had three units fitted in June by them.  Upon my return in August two units were not working properly.  I contacted the company who advised they would send mechanics out.  10 days later around 50 phone calls and hounding still no mechanics.  It appears they just choose to ignore my calls to the point I had to get locals to phone them for me but still no joy!

Are they a bunch of Spanish rip off merchants??  In my opinion yes!  All thoughts welcome of those with any direct dealings.

 We bought our air con units from Polaris when we bought the apartment.  One leaked constantly and although Polaris came back several times they never managed to fix it.  In the end we gave up and used a guy called Mike Chandler to sort it out, which he did in half an hour for a 60 euro call out charge.  Let me know if you need his number.

Thank you for your reply.  Could you forward me his number please via .  The company finally got in touch with me and said they would come and look at the problem on my next visit in a few weeks.  If it is a pre-installation problem though I think I would prefer to employ someone else instead of having to pay these guys more money when Im not very happy with their work.  And also how will I know what the problem is they could just tell me its the preinstalltion and charge me more. 

You can tell I dont have much faith in this company....
