Whilst I know this does not DIRECTLY relate to Trampolin Hills I am sure those who view this forum will be interested to learn that at least Aguilera is soon to be in Court on Criminal charges. It has been a "bad" few days for Aguilera and his various crooked ventures; first the Court in Mula announce that they want to have the fraud (Estafa) case for Trampolin Hills heard in Madrid as it is that serious and now ... finally after 5 years ... the Court have given the date of 22nd February as the date for his PERSONAL Fraud case with myself for the "double sale" (an ABSOLUTE offence in almost any country) of my Villa at Trampolin Solera! Clearly along with Antonio Martinez every single action of this man's commercial life was based upon corruption and fraud!
To Aguilera I simply say enjoy your last Christmas of freedom since by the time you are released for this fraud the next case will be following quickly behind!
