Sudden increase of your 'ENDESA ENERGIA' Energy bill

I have just noticed today on my bank account that my direct debit for 'ENDESA ENERGIA' has suddenly jumped from the normal Euro 11 to Euro 22 last month to Euro 77 this month and there is no one there???

Has anyone else noticed this or have I missed something on prices increases.

My apartment is down in Block 6.

Is anyone managing the property mick? they can check if the meter is running when the electric are turned off or something unusual. Jose the gardener is quite helpful
