can enyone tell me when the pool is open this year

Dear Becky,

Let me inform you that The pool will be open from May to September because we need a life guard due to the size of the pool, of course depending of the funds we have.

You see, if everybody would pay their community fees like they are suppose to I could do things for us to enjoy like make a refurbishment in the pool to make it a big smaller and use it all year round.

But to be honest, with the wall in Block 2 to , the gran community and the non payers to sort out, that's the last of my worries. And that goes for the last person sarcasm comment. May be we will open in September, may be not at all if people don't pay. And the ones that don't pay, they use the facilities that the rest of us are maintaining.

I am usually out at Angel each month and it is a shame that all the good work Maria is doing is very difficult because of the lack of funds. If everyone paid their community fees things would be a lot easier. From speaking to friends in other communities they are now issuing passes to enable people to use the pool only if they have paid their fees. So people who rent out their properties and dont pay do not have access to the pool. So think on it and please help by paying.

I think it is an excellent idea to issue pool passes only to owners who have paid their community fees. This should be put on the agenda for the next meeting but only people who have paid should be allowed to vote.

As this system can be open to abuse there should be a limited number of people allowed in on the pass.depending on the size of the apartment.

The pool opened the 1st May and opening hours are from 11 am to 21hrs.
