Community charges

I have just returned from Angel and it appears that following the meeting in December the President has now sent out the legal letters to the people who have not paid their community fees hopefully some will pay up before being taken to court.This will then mean that the committee will be able to do more to make the site more attractive. However the letters were put under the apartments front doors rather than being sent to the home addresses and they did not have to be signed for.(I have been told about this and am not on the debtors list myself!)

The gardener cut the grass this week but the plants will die because they are very rarely watered  and he has painted the gates to the individual blocks.

The pool looks good and can't wait till it opens in May although it would be nice to have somewhere to sit now in the nice weather!

The gardener has started working in the outside gardens, but slowly because the weather it's been horrible here.

Everybody has a little plate in the letter box that indicates the number of the apartment (for example atico B).

The dogs are not going much to the gardens that much now, as the gardener is putting something on it to avoid it.

Hopefully, things will start to look better...
