angel de miraflores plans

Hello, I´m lookinf for the original plans of the development, specially those with all the pool. Please if you have this plans of the complex, send me. Sooner or later aifos have to built the pool.

Have you tried the council? they should have the original plans for when they asked for the building license.

However, I don't believe Aifos are going to do anything at all. They owe money to everybody. A guy came the other day saying that he is owed 5 million euros!!!! and the only thing they've given him is 14 garages and storages.

The space in block 1 looks empty though. May be the community could put there gardens or a little playground/park for children.

Aifos has money enough, it´s sure. Aifos is the owner of the Gran Hotel Guadalpin (*****), has a lot of flats in our development and in many others, so if aifos don´t built the pool, they will have to pay us. All the communities, i know,  that got aifos to the court, have  received money, another flat...

They owe money to 4 major Spanish banks, contractors, builders.. but if the community win in court then... good

I hope you have all noticed and are enjoying the improvments to our comuntiy. It is intresting to read all the opinons people have about things, but i wish that more of all critism could go to things they can change, such as , picking up the dogs ca,,,, close the doors,  and pay their fees. I the comunity had all the money from non payers all debts would be paid and every block would look 5 star. So whats new?

all gates has been painted,- the gate phone of blq 2 is working after 2 years,- the gardening of calle geranios has started,- burofaxes has been sent, things are happening!

I hope this year will be succesfull for all of us and that the comunity will have more money to improve everything.

Thanks so much for your hard work. I saw people working outside today and looks like we are going to have a nice garden.

I wish everybody would pay their fees so more things could be done!!!!
