New gardens

.Hi everyone.

Wow what a difference a week makes! I arrived on the 19 April for a 2 week stay and the gardens looked just the same as when i last saw them at christmas time. Very dull no colour etc. But i did notice the gardeners working very hard all day long every day. By the end of my first week we had palm trees, flowers, shrubs and a new connifer hedge around the wire fencing. We also have  a palm tree and colourful new  flower bed by the back gate between blocks 5 and 6. I think we now have the gardens that we deserve and have waited so long for. A big thank you to the gardener for his hard work we now have a community to be proud of. I cant wait to go back in 6 months time and see how the gardens have matured.

Now the gardener is working in the pool. There is plants in the pool and Palm trees. They are also working in the garden between block 5 and 6.

I wish more people pay their community fees so more things could be done!

Well said Martin, we have just come back and the place is ten times better, no signs of any squatters where we are either in block 4. All we need now is to open up the parking spaces and get them used, if they still belong to Aifos sod em, I bet they pay no community fees towards the up keep of the garages. By the way I have bought a space.

the garages and storages have been repossessed by the banks and the rest were used before to pay debts. some people that put money into apartments that are not going to be built ever, have been paid with garages and storages. aifos doesn't owe anything here anymore. those garages belong to people that are desperate to sell them out. in fact, they are being sold very very cheap

It would be a good idea for you to  let people know where they can purchase them from
