dogs barking

I have just returned from a two week holiday in our apt. in block 4. Had great time apart  from the dogs in block 5 constantly barking at all hours. Is there anything we can do to get a grip of it. The main culprits are both on the penthouse apt. 3rd on from the ramp and the 2nd from the far end. They leave their dogs out all day in soaring heat without care. There are other dogs on the block but it seems the two I have mentioned  start the others off barking. We look over the 3rd penthouse apt. and his roof terrace is covered in dog shit, really nice to look at while on your balcony having breakfast.

i agree with you.dogs left out barking all day spoils your holiday. i spend about 8 weeks a year in my apt and its a bloody nuisance. i' out on tuesday for 3 weeks,friends who visit me on complex have commented on the barking,anyone wishing to purchase on this site would certainly be put off.
