Just to give something positive on snagging, as there seems to be quite a bit of negative about.
We did our snagging list on the Monday, Completed on Tuesday and a plumber came in on the Thursday to fix an additional snag that we found and reported on Wednesday.
Will be interesting if everything else gets sorted as quickly, not that there was that much, mainly poor grouting and a scratch to the patio doors.
Snags should be completed within 30 working days, we have been told utilities are running at around 4 weeks, that would be 4 Spanish weeks though.....we'll see.
Apparently you can request to go on a priority list, but I would assume that most people would think that they are a priority
