Hi all,
Unfortunately we have to consider selling our 2x Bed Apt in Jardin 3  can anybody strongly recommend a GoodSales Agent to go through?? hoping to get best price for a tasteful , fully furnished and immaculately kept 2nd floor Apt with Solarium.

Hello .
We almost purchased at Condado de Alhama and the best Agent by far was Andy at Condado Invest already mentioned bya few. At the time he had offices in first of Penthouse blocks nearest the town Centre. We chose to buy on Camposol in the end and the Agents were Mercers Estate Agents. Quite a few Condado properties are advertised at the Camposol Agents , Mercers, 2 Buy 2 Let,Luz de Sol,plus 2 others .

We are looking into the possibility of puting our Penthouse up for sale this year.
I have sent a few emails to Andy at Condado Invest and called on various occisions, but to no avail. Are they still in business? I never seem to get a reply or response from the phone call.

Andy has gone on Holiday for a week, call him again next week he is usually very reliable and professional so I'm sure he will respond as soon as he gets your email.

Hi Richard,
As Phil has mentioned, I have gone away on holiday this week (thanks Phil).
I have taken a week to have a much needed rest before we start with the opening of the new offices on the Al Kasar Commercial center along with the new furniture store, so I have taken this time to take a break while I can.
I received an email yesterday from you Richard which I am replying in full to this evening. The only calls I have not picked up during the last 2 days are calls with withheld numbers, these are normally advertising people trying to sell me advertising which I cant be bothered with while on holiday. I have had a few anonymous calls and if these were yours Richard, I am sorry, I would have picked up if the number had been shown.
Anyway, no problems, I am replying in full to you this evening and we can talk in depth when I return next week if you like.
Anybody else trying to contact me this week, please bear with me as I am only checking emails in the evening.
Thanks and I will be posting again soon with details of the opening of the new offices and furniture store.
