Hi Everyone,

Thursday- yesterday was the first day of the Gardens Club, a massive thank you to everyone that came along. There were 13 of us yesterday. At least a third of the roundabout has been planted and it looks great already.

We will be there again next Thursday 10.00am to try to finish it off.  Anyone else wanting to join us please feel free - many hands make light work!!

 There were 13 of us again today, all battling against 50km cold winds, great effort with only 1 more session left to finish it. Thank you all.

There is also another group going at the moment on Tuesdays at 10.00am cutting the palm tree leaves. 51 were cut last Tuesday!!  Well done.

All helpers / newcomers welcome. If you can't make Thursday then Tuesday needs helpers to pick up the leaves from the path please.

The roundabout is finished with planting!!

The guys have been trimming the palms again over 120 trimmed this week!!

It all looks great, thank you to everyone who helped for all your hard work and see you all again next week.

 The palm trees have all been trimmed now. A huge thanks to all the guys involved a great job done

Work has started again on the main roundabout now, we have had more gravel delivered and there will be work Tuesday and Thursday this week to try to get it all spread out. Anyone who has any spare time to help will be more than welcome.

As was mentioned in the last newsletter, raffle tickets are now on sale, a contribution of 2 euro's a house is requested, but obviously you are able to buy as many as you want. This is to buy weed killer so that the roads and paths in the urbanisation can be cleared. Please see your polygon volunteer or myself for tickets. First prize is all the weeds gone, second prize is a bottle of Cava to be drawn at end of May.

Hi Everyone,

We are on the final stages now of the main roundabout. Please come along either Tuesday or Thursday this week to help us lay the last of the tiller. Maybe we can get it finished the week after next if we get enough helpers.

Hi Everyone,

Just to remind you about the coffee morning on Tuesday at Rosemary's house. Starting time 11.00 am, there is cakes made by Rosemary & Jane, tombola, raffle and bric-a-brac stall. Please come and support it, please also donate as many prizes as you can, these can go to any of the garden club team or take them on the day. All funds raised go to the garden funds.

Due to the coffee morning none of the members will be working on the roundabout on Tuesday, however, we will be back as usual on Thursday. We hope this will be our last day as we are almost finished and we would like as many extra people there as possible, especially people to do the planting.

I am sure you will agree that it does actually look really good and we have all worked really hard to get this far. We want this to be our last day so that we can all have a well deserved rest during the summer especially as it is getting so hot again.
