THIS IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM PALMERA PROPERTIES AND INCLUDES SEVERAL THINGS THAT I AM SURE WERE ON THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTS + SALES LITERATURE

ANYBODY ANY THOUGHTS ??????

I have been informed of the following regarding the comfort package

Regarding the Comfort Package, Please, see bellow the information that was given by the builders to us regarding the Comfort Package at VILLAS RURAES FUENTE DE PIEDRA (PHASE I):

-                     Exterior carpentry in PVC

-                      Double glazing, Climalit type

-                      Pre-installation of alarm, consisting in the installation of the central unit and sensors in the entire home.  When the home is handed over, the purchaser could contract the services of a security company.

-                      Installation of Air Conditioner with the placement of splits in the lounge and master bedroom

-                      Installation of heating “Blue Heat”, with the installation of accumulation radiators

-                      Phone registration with the company Telefónica

-                      Wardrobe covered in wood

-                      Hydro-massage bathtub in the master bedroom.  Bathtub of 1,60 m x 0,70 m; of acrylic material, with flap and jets included.

-                      Pre-installation of chimney, smoke exit, finishing on roof and tiny roof.

Thanks for the info, this package is a con because if you look at the spec on the Mirador English web stite as I have said before that the date on this is before any were sold and before contracts were signed. You will see  this says that the UPVS double galzing  the wardrobe and the Hydro bath is in with the cost. I have talked to Mirador about the chimney and asked them if they were putting a fireplace in, they said that they did not think there was a need for one as the  heating they were putting in would be warm enough without a fire, when In asked them why there was a chimney there was no answer.so I asked them if they would remove my chimney . And how many people will require a phone and should this be extra? The only thing I can see that could be classed as extras is the air conditioning,  alarm system and the storage heaters. And what is the exterior carpentry? everything outside is stone,

THE QUESTION NOW IS WHO AS AGREED TO THIS COMFORT PACKAGE  ANDAS IT IS NOT IN MY CONTRACT AND AS I HAVE NOT SIGNED FOR IT I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR IT AND THEY CAN TAKE IT OUT  . ALSO LETS NOT FORGET THE GARAGE THAT WE SHOULD HAVE AND ARE NOT GETTING

I WONDER WHY MIRADOR ARE NOT ASKING US TO PAY  FOR THE ROOF AS THIS IS NOT ON MY CONTRACT I WONDER IF THIS SHOULD THIS BE AN EXTRA?
