M2 El Pinet TV/Internet

What does anyone suggest for those in M2 on the second or lower floors re TV and broadband? i have no tv hooked at all at the moment.  I dont want Sky subscription, just basic UK and spanish channels, and broadband. Im out there soon for a few wks so would like to sort it all out. I also dont want to put up some ghastly big dish on the balcony. cheers.

 Forgot to add, broadband for my laptop/other device, not through the TV.

120 euros was spent on M2's TV power supply on the 13/3/13 same as last year I believe. why don't you have a word with the president and use the communal one?  someone must be getting TV off it.
