tv reception at el pinet

has anyone had problems with their tv reception at el pinet?hadnt visited my apartment for a while and when we did last year mine kept breaking up.its so upsetting as everything else seems to be going so well! no water shotages or power cuts for a change.

before you get the tv man out get up on your roof and check the cable to your aerial.people we know who live on el pinet had the same trouble.got up on the roof and found that their friendly english neighbours had spliced into their cable without asking.not done by a professional and water had got into  the dodgy connection.cost them over 100 euros to put it all right.Guess wot!! 9 months later the nice neigjhbours had done the same thing again.because the aerial had been put right they'd all jumped back on without asking even though they all knew the trouble my friends had been caused by the original abuse.one had even brought cable over 3 roof tops to get to the aerial.Owners of aerial went mad.cut the lot off!!dont blame them.now the friendly neighbours have turned on them and made their lives hell....just becuase they stood up against these users.

sorry Twosuz dont know what you can do about tv problem but think i know the 'woman' you are refering to Paldor.they live above a couple with business in la marina village?yes we've heard some horrible things too.seems there are people down there trying to blacken their name.heard they cut off a disabled girls's tv cable and her partner is barred from a bar in village for fighting among other things.what is the truth i wonder!!must have got on the wrong side of the M2 Mafia haha......

they didnt cut off any disabled person's tv and the reason they are barred from the place you refer to is to stop people who go there finding out the true events.you are right jerry there is an M2 mafia who want to run the place by bullying and intimidation.property owners down there have had their water cut off and worse.....its very bitchy and sad on el pinet.the people at the heart of all the lies and rubbish being spread about this person and her partner are the ones who wronged her and now are trying to make her look like a bad person.

You are so right about the El Pinet mafia, if you upset them then you have had it!!!

It would seem that the residents think that they run the place. I have got on the wrong side of them and every time I go there something has happened. How these people think that they can interfere with other people's property and get away with it is beond me.  

The EL PINET MAFIA need to be VERY CAREFUL what goes around comes around.

we used to live on el pinet but have now moved away thank god!so much nastiness and bitterness,such two faced people! we know of half a dozen owners who have sold are are trying to sell up because of the bad feeling and cliqueness.residents have taken it on themselves to drive people away who they label as non-payers or whose faces dont fit or have used too much water or electric.its a witch hunt........they will be sorry because the spanish are buying up the aparments and villas and soon the uk residents will be a very small minority who will be  voted off the committees etc and a spanish president will be elected and they will be even more islolated than they are now.....and of course Spain itself may very well be joining Greece in the euro spiral............God help all who hoped for a pleasant sunny life style.

Though I have followed the el pinet forums I have never been tempted to write anything here before but I feel I must ad to the topics aired here.I have met the couple Palmdor is defending on several occasions in the village.I have found them to be very nice people.I only wish them well.To know that others they trusted to look after their property abused their trust and when found out went about spreading scurrilous stories upsets me deeply.They should be ashamed.I hope others who read this will see them for what they are.

Twosuz are you with a satellite company?We sometimes get problems when there is bad weather or you may need a new card?

Sorry to change the subject back to t.v .....  just go for your own aerial.     Too many of the t.v  communal wires have been tampered with by t v system installers not putting in their own co- axiel cable. Reception should then be better. Those in lower or middle flats might not be able to do that.

New thought now.

The friends are  meeting in April. Another MUGGING attempt coming.  Your meters will be exchanged (or  just borrowed for a while as the numbers are wrong)  as subsidised energy is no longer available,

just to give a balance on the way some people think. lol

just got back on Pc after a few days away.thanks to all those who have pm'd me and put useful comments here.was looking forward to a bit of sun later this year as its bitter here and thick with snow and sometimes those thoughts of sunnier climbs make life worthwhile.dont think i'll worry if Tv's on blink 'Hell Pinet' the soap opera will keep me enthralled.

looks like its time to jump threads or 'aerials' as they say down el pinet haha  but before i do just want to ad i heard your tranny friend(hope thats not politically incorrect luv  cos if i had to choose between you and the other sad gangsters molls down el pinet theres no contest... haha ) and her boyfriend were  kicked out of the other english bar in village so went in and asked the 'boys' about it.guess wot?its a load of b.......cks.they didnt know anything about it.Course gossip came from other place-nuff said.

 you seem to be very well informed palmdor considering it's your "friends" that you are writing about.  Well you had better tell your "friends" that if they want to know who tampered with their bikes etc., they need to speak to their next door neighbours. Just to set the record straight. All they had to do was ask their neighbours for a contribution towards their aerial but being the gutless pair that they are, they got drunk instead and climbed on someone elses roof (trespassing) and cut the wires. Thought they would get away with it as it included a woman here on her own and a family with a disabled daughter. They even called one of their neighbours who they have never even met a c....t . Then tried to to claim that everyone is against them because of "her" gender. Even tried to get publicity via the local newspaper but they didn't want to know either.

So instead of throwing wild accusations around about their neighbours, most of whom don't give a flying fuck about them anyway they should do what I have suggested above.

This is exactly why some are now calling it Hell Pinet. Put simply..Leave alone what is not your own.
