Has anybody bought on this resort lately, if so how long did  it take you to get the utilities sorted ?

We already have a property on this resort. If you are one of the lucky people who have managed to buy one of the bank repossessions then congratulations.

Your lawyer shouLD sort out the utility connections for you for completion - assume you have given them POA?

If anyone has bought on this resort recently and needs some good quality furniture (unfortunately from owners who have handed their properties back to the bank) then please do pm me for more information and prices.

 Hi this is veselina and pascal from Germany and we completed the purchase of a 2-bed first floor apartment at the end of May 2013 and are delighted. We are looking for a sofa, beds and possibly dining for the apartment and dont mind used furniture. Kindly drop us a mail if you have any useful information.

If  you could private message me your email address I will send you a list of what we have - some beds, some furniture for the sitting room (but the sofa has been sold).  We have washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

If anyone (investors) would like to know more about a Masters huge apartment on La Tercia Resort - 2 bedroom,2 bathroom first floor with a simply large kitchen and furnished (bank repossession- not mine but a neighbours) please get in touch.  55k euro should would cover the cost of the apartment plus all the back community fees - it is such a bargain.  These apartments were originally sold for 186,000 plus euros.
