Airport Transfer Costs

Hi,

I have some friends who are coming to my apt on Condado in August for 1 week and some in October. They are flying to Alicante and would prefer not to hire a car but it seems with taxi prices €150 plus it may be worthwhile hiring one as its not much more!

Is there anybody who does reasonable taxi transfers from Alicante & St Javier for that matter??

Any help would be great.

If you use Gregory from the resort he will collect and return you to the airport but you can negotiate to have one of his hire cars just for several days of your visit rather than the whole week.. Therefore you get the transport and also have use of a car for shopping or the odd trip out. but not the full expense of a two weeks hire ( or how ever long) This can be quite cost effective. He uses older but roadworthy serviced vehicles and doesnt have the usual additional charges of the main car hire companies.  He has been 100% reliable for us in the pick up and drop off and it makes such a difference not having the hassle on landing waiting at the airport car hire places or having to drive in rush hour or very late at night.- it also means you can relax and have a drink during the flight if you want to.  Try him for a quote and explain what you want..
