action against BBVA

Hi All,

It has been along time since anyone posted I was just wondering if anybody is having any positive communication from the courts relating to BBVA?

                     we have started action against BBVA (we didn't have a bank guarantee), but did not commence action till recently so have not heard anything yet. I do believe there are some who are further down the line.

We too, have just commenced action against the bank BBVA.

We have now received the POA documentation to empower Costaluz Lawyers ( Maria De Castro ) to act on our behalf, as she has a proven record of action via this route.

Here's hoping for a successful outcome ?
