 Hi, there appears to be a number of cats living under the patio furniture covers of a neighbours property.  Is there a way of getting rid of them?

Seems to be an issue of late as I have the same issue.

Our keyholder is putting down pepper and orange peel as its supposed to help?

I am also going to email Millenium to inform them of the problem.

I have heard in the past of Mileniun arranging a visit by the animal warden to pick up stray cats & dogs so contacting them is definately the way forward.
