Holiday & Long Term Letting Agencies

Hi All, Can anyone recommend a holiday letting or long term rental agency for my apartment at Corvera Golf ? Ideally i would like a local company. I think it's time to try to get some income from my apartment, so if anyone has had a good experience with a particular agency please let me know.

We are able to assist with long term rentals however the real demand is currently for holiday lets, especially 3 bed properties as I only have 2 left in July and one in August and still have plenty of enquires coming in

Long Term is still very dependant on airport staff

Hi All, So far i have been told about Chris Dean, Roy Howitt and Tom Stevenson as the only three property managers and rental agencies with properties at Corvera Golf & Country Club, are there any others ? My friend was particularly looking for a Lady Property Manager / Letting Agent if there is one either in the area or on site ?

The partner in my business Lorraine is a lady and most owners know her well, not quite what your trying to do hebecause you have not contacted any of the existing agents to see what they offer

Surely what a renter should be looking at is the quality and type of services offered, rental marketing and of coourse track record and success on getting rentals

Hi All, i am an owner at Corvera, i did not join your little Secret Squirrel Society on principal, i do not like cliques. There is probably nothing being discussed in your freemason forum anyway that cannot be said on an open forum, can you name a single subject that needs this often discussed secrecy ? I really believe in Corvera and want to see it do well, personally i do not need a manager for my own property, my friend who is female just wanted to know if there was a female property manager at Corvera that's all, but apparently not ? Overall we are in a better position at Corvera than an awful lot of other developments right across Spain; we are largely finished, we have a club house, we have a brand new airport on our doorstep (although not open yet) and we have a great location. Ideally though we would like our resort owner to sell out to a resort mangement company where Corvera is just one of a portfolio of resorts, hopefully that will happen on day. Calidona were secretive and completely useless at communication with owners, so please forgive me for wanting to get away from a situation where just a handful of people are in the know and everyone else is left firmly in the dark.

Now you say  i do not need a manager for my own property which you have to have in place if you want to rent a property

As far a a resort management company it isn't going to happen at the moment, why would it, but I personally do more tham most through my rental website and have had a great year for bookings

You complain about communications and then a forum where you have no idea what it on there, you are really a troll

The handfull of people that know as you put it are my customers because I actually communicate what is going on

Hi All, yes i did think about renting out my own property, but i eventually decided against doing that, but i do not need to explain my decisions to you ar anyone else. My friend would like to rent but would prefer to deal with a female letting or property agent that's all.
