I am new to this forum. I found it by accident whilst looking for info on the Hippodromo development so I am familiar with the history and  problems.

I have been offered a resale appartment on the Hippodromo development, a 3 bed in the Derby.

Is anybody else willing to sell?

Obviously it comes down to the best price and better if we can miss out the Estate Agents commission.
