We come to CDA for maybe two weeks every 2-3 months. I assume then there is no requirement to register on the Padron, or does the fact we own a property mean we really should. If it's not mandatory, are there any good reasons why we should though?
For example I believe we won't be able to register a car in Spain if not on the register?
