We are block 6 and I recently e-mailed our solicitor to find out what was happening, he has informed us that after lengthy delays the promoter now has the final certificate and therefore he now expects that the promoter will release the development in 4 weeks time.!!!
To be honest we bought ours in 2001, and we were told two years to completion,!!!!!!!!!!!! so it wouldn't surprise me if it is towards the end of this year. If anyone is going out soon, it would be great to see some pics.

Hi. We have just been to see Palmera this morning, but they seem to be having problems with the builder as they are now instructing a solicitor.They say the solicitor will be contacting all purchasers to let them know what is happening. Additionally Palmera say that they will be posting a statement on their website regarding this development "soon". They also say that the licence of first occupation won´t be granted by the town hall until all blocks are completed. They say there is still work to be done on 2 blocks. Don´t hold your breath!
