Have lost all channels on TV with built in free view and not showing as aerial connected. Has anything changed or do I need to contact a2z

Have you tried retuning? I know there were a lot of channel changes but my husband does all the tv stuff so not sure if he retuned again this trip but I do remember in the summer that there was a big change. Hope you get it sorted soon.
