I had an eMail from Palmera Customer Services saying they will try to find out where our builders contract is, and email it to me if they manage to get it from the builder. 

I stil say I have not got a contract so one cannot exist !!!! Any comments appreciated.

Hi again, I have now got a copy of my Builders contract, that's six months after signing it.

Does anybody have contact details for Fonslapis.s.l as I would like to contact them.

have just discovered you all , I am in the process of having a contract recinded for a townhouse on phase 2. Forget Palmera they will simply lie and ignore you, appoint a solicitor and go through the courts, it seems will be the only way. Like you Mike, as you say ,they have failed to produce a private purchase contract from builder in 2.5 years so there is no legally binding agreement, but  they are now forcing people to complete.I was given a date back in April and simply ignored it ,as I have no contract.Does anyone have the address of Fonslapis? My lawyer tried to contact them through an address Palmera gave but of course it was another lie.I am all for group action against Palmera .They hold milliions of euros of our money with no intention of returning it and are simply scam merchants.Please all get in touch.Can guarantee the properties you do complete on will have a 101 problems and nobody will give a damn then either.

Hi all , I think I may be able to shed some light on whats occurring. It seems the scam merchants Palmera have not been handing over deposit monies to Fonslapis but keeping it themselves. This is often  why no contracts are being issued and people who want to complete cannot, because the deposit money never got to the builder.Fonslapis it seems too are at loggerheads with Palmera and there has been stalemate and total communication breakdown for sometime..This is why nobody can obtain any information . Palmera have got our deposits and simply moved on.Have you all considered joining The Costa Del Sol Action Group who now have 40 or so of us clients registered for group actions against Palmera ,with lawyers who are already in discussion with them, as they too hope to prove allegations of fraud and criminal activity as well as getting deposits returned . Going it alone will cost the earth plus can guarantee you will not get any response from them as a sole complainer.  They will simply ignore you and your lawyer, I know I ve been there

I have found her very helpful alotugh the information she has provided me with is not exactly calming (Palmera kept the money of the deposit and did not inform them of this particular sale...)
