easter holiday

hi everyone hope you all had a nice holiday at easter in your apartments,can anyone tell me how phase 3 is coming on only im not going out till june,and there has,nt been any new photos on phase 3 many thanks tricia.

Phase 3 was developing well. It was up to the height of the second floor and they were just about to concrete the floor. The build was more positive than the weather-it was quite cloudy and rained on numerous occasions while I was there. Had to go and buy some extra bedding as so cold in the evening. Sounds really negative but not at all - just confirmed what a good investment Almoradi is.

just back from our easter holiday. weather was cold and wet. Good Friday we have thunder and lightening right above the Luz and the town centre Fiesta was cancelled. The main Fiesta in Torrevieja was also cancelled at the last minute due to the weather! It never dampened our spirits ! We met lots of new friends who have bought and some who live there permenantly.

Phase three is coming on well. The builders were even working on Good Friday and the big crane was busy all the time we were there. It is up to first floor level. Gustavo was telling me that the show house in phase one will close in 3 months and a `portacabin` style showhouse will open next to phase three. The new apartments will have oak internal doors and a slightly higher spec than ours and two roof top pools. The whole building is being built in two stages.
