Casa Playa Balanegra

Hi does anyone have any info on these apartments, on a recent trip to Balanegra, i see that 24 hour security is provided  by Gruposureste, they are finished for the last 2 years, with no habitation licence, my solicitor was Natalio Lopez, he can't be found, i believe the builder is also missing, on my contract it says the builder was buiteca techno casas, Thanks Lesley

Suggest you get a Class Action together with the other Owners of this Development against the Bank & the Developers. Pertinent websites below. Also Keith Rule won his case in Hellen last year. Search for his name on this Forum. Don't know if Costa-Action.co.uk is still operating.Maria De Castro has being very helpful to other Forum Users in the same postion as yourself and cases have been won by her Company.
