I love forums like this because if you don't suddenly respond to a post people decde, Paaris, to have a go so here is the information but Paris yppu should loo at the recent post I made in response to the query on the golf course
Over the last 3 and next 4 weeks we have more than 90 renters arruving, we are in the throw of furnishing 5 villas and 2 apartment,s for new owners, so can imagine that it is a little busy and this is without responding to the new equires form airport staff, because yes this week they announced that they have the miney confirmed from Europe
The result is that we have only one 3 bed property now available in August and we have just had 5 new long term renters move onto site
It is difficult to give firm information other than to say, as I did previously, that the course is a mess, it has not been watered for 17 days now and currently the course is offically closed with no confirmed openning date with lots happening in the background wiith banks etc
The resort is busy and we have great pools, gardens, an OPEN clubhouse, with live music on Friday and Saturday nights and now a gym and of course far more to do locally withiing WALKING distance in the town
The banks properties are still selling well, mainly because of the prices, €130k for a 4 bed villa, 7 of these all sold in 4 days, from €55k for an apartment and unlike the village HDA there is a community pool so they will rent successfully
For long term renters it really does depend why you are coming to Spain but with Corvera I can say the fact that there is a golf course has NO impact for the long term rental opportunity which is local workers, especially for the airport whn it opens in December
