Have a look on Facebook. There are quite a few pages for sales.

I know there is one for the Costa Blanca and the could well be one for the Costa Calida

There used to be a shop in the restaurant plaza down in LA where you could rent bikes and he always had a few second hand machines for sale. As I recall it was about halfway along the plaza on the left heading towards the beach. If all else fails Decathlon at San Javier have low budget bikes and all the kit you might need.
