I´m Paco from the Administrator Office. There will be a general meeting in two o three weeks. In this meeting we´ll discuss some important matters for the good of the residence:
-Installation of a SKY satellite system
-Election of a respresentative for a every building in order to create a Community Board that will meet once a month to discuss, improve, solve problems in the residence, ...
-Any other bussines (for instance: to keep the pool open more time in autumm)
Yes, as this is the first year of the residence, and, as anyone can easily see, the surroundiing grounds are in a poor state, we have decided to open the bath season later. In the future our idea is to keep the pool open almost, or even the whole year, open to be enjoyed by any resident. The gardeners are working hard to improve the grass. They said me they are sure tha next year the grass will be much better if they have enaugh time to work on it during nex winter.
The administrator is working to improve the residence step by step. Any suggestion is welcome, of course!!
