an email just in from Mileniun says, in essence:
"We reported the situation to Socamex, but Socamex had no knowledge of any problems in the 'municipum'. So Milenuin tried to forward the details of the problem but could not reach the 'person in service'. Mileniun will ask for updates as soon as Socamex open in the morning."
Granted some details will have been lost in translation but it appears that Socamex
Have no knowledge of the issue;
Have not yet logged it as a fault;
Have no 24hr emergency service.
So it seems nothing is likely to happen until Socamex offices open this morning, when the fault will be logged and investigations commence.
