Long Term Rentals Required

Hi

I have rental clients looking for 2 and 3 bedroom Villas furnished or unfurnished on Hacienda del Alamo for long term let and I don't have any Villas left to rent out.

If you or anyone you knows are looking to rent out your Villa long term please let me know.

It's got to be good for the whole resort to get as many people living on here as possible.

I agree, but decent people only please.

there are some horrendous tenants living on HDA at the moment and agents such as yourself have a responsabilty to everyone else to ensure that problem tenants are kept away.

Thanks for your input, I can assure you that Murcia Villas don't have any "horrendous" tenants on Hacienda del Alamo and I agree that property management companies should do all they can to make sure tenants are respectable, but don't forget some owners let their properties directly particularly short term in the summer. 

I have arranged 4 long term lets in the last month and have another 4 tenants who we will be placing in the next few weeks all of whom hold professional managerial positions.
