It looks like being the end of January for us. Have you arranged buildings insurance or is it included within the serivce charge. Have you been told how much the service charge is?

Sorry to bother you again, but cannot get alot of sense from either my Solicitor or Promaga.

Our bank insists on having their own insurance which is what we did. Service charge is not known and I can immagine will be known once all apartments are sold/occupied/completed and a resident association is created. Regards JP

You have to be told the Community Fee when you are completing.

The developer (Promaga) also has to pay the Fees for each and all uncompleted and unsold units.
