Hi,
We are in the process of re-arranging our mortgage in the UK and the lender has asked that I provide valuations against my apartments on Condado. I have given them my purchase prices from 2009 and they are expecting figures similar to what I paid for them even though prices have dropped since. Does anyone know how I can get these figures to provide them to my lender in the UK?
Hope this all makes sence and any help would be appreciated.
