Hi,

Community fees currently 250.29 euros quarterly in the Jardines, posibly different elsewhere on the complex. There are football pitches on the complex and the bars show all possible games on TV. I'm sure plenty of others who spend more time there will reply offering you advice. When it is busy in the summer months, thats when we mainly visit our place, there is plenty to do either on site or the short journey to the nearest towns.

Good luck with your purchase.

Phill

Community charges differ depending on the location and type of property you buy roughly ranging between 250euro – to - 1000euro per quarter, so make sure you know what yours would be and don’t just take someone’s word for it! Most properties are about the 250 – 300 per quarter but as I say make sure before you buy.

The complex is very busy in high summer, rest of summer month’s moderate and winter quiet.

The people in the community are very friendly and welcoming especially those that live on site.

Sports you have Golf, football court, tennis courts, gym (charges apply in most cases).

But if you haven’t visited us then I would strongly recommend you do so before committing to buying.
