we have just bought a 2 bed apartment in Jardine 5 Condado. Looking to see if anyone knows the window sizes!

Also we do not have the procedure for the security gates.  Does anyone have the telephone number/e-mail address.

Also do l need to get in contact with the president of my area or will they contact me.

Welcome to Condado, am surte someone will give you window sizes soon, regards Security when you first arrive you show ID and they ley you in after that you go to Mileniun Levante the Administrator who will register your car/hire car so you can driv ein/out.

Regards President it is highly unlikely he / she will contact you. Also the AGM is in January so Presidents could change.

if you go to the bottom of the forum you can go through older threads and usually find exactly what you are looking for.  i've just found this for you - should give you all you need re measurements of a 2 bed.  congratulations - hope you enjoy it there as much as we do.

Hopefully someone can tell me if there is a hotel near the complex as we cannot get keys till the Monday and we arrive the Sunday.   Any recommendations woukd be great.

Welcome to CDA, we have been here from day one and we absolutely love it, here now it is sunny and 18 degrees, light jumper and a little bit of warming needed in the evening but not when you wake up.

Just over the main road is Los Balcones, a rural very good restaurant with accommodation, you couldn't get any closer.

Drive into the Espuna and stay at Mariposa, run by an English family and wake up to the smell of pine trees.

The restaurants in this area are superb and for 12  euros you get excellent food and wine.

Yesterday we caught the train into Murcia, about 4 euros return and 25 minutes, lovely city with culture and once again good restaurants and big shops.
