Hello,

I just bought an appartment on CdA La Isla with Blue Med Invest. Our solicitor office is PAL in Puerto de Mazarron. Has anyone got any experience wiith Blue Med or Pal? How long does it take to get the key? I also ordered all the furniture with Paco Molina at CdA Al Kasar. Has anyone got experience with them? I hope that the appartment is ready 2nd of july because I already booked flights. 

All good advice or information is welcome.

Hi Tania,

Have no experience of Blue Med invest but we did use Pals as our solicitors.....couldn't fault them, they kept us up to date on procedures and kept to the timescale set also.

No idea of Paco Molina either but they have been there a few years so must be good.

Were you a cash buyer or via bank/mortgage? If mortgage, which bank?

Yes I am a cash buyer.

A friend ofmine was a cash buyer a bit longer than one year ago, and once the payment arrangements were sorted it didnt take more than 2 weeks, or so he told me. I guess you just need to lead the agent and the solicitor, instead of the other way round. 

Hi Tanya as a cash buyer the process can be done very quickly, so you sould easily have completed and be ready to go in no time at all.  Congratulations by the way

We got our awnings from Paco Molina and hired them for some minor repairs.

Good quality, in-time-service! No complaints!

They will for sure manage to complete your apartment in time!

we dealt with Blue med and Dawn at PALS.

She was brilliant.  I communicated with her through e-mail and she always got back to me. Once completeion was down with the bank she had the keys no long after and informed me.

i to went with Blue Med and PALS, who took me to the notaria, did all electirc and water, for me they both were wonderful and could fault them at all, i thank myself i was so lucky to have found them.  I bought all my furniture from Condado Invest, Andy Young and once again so lucky to have found him takes everything  to my appartment on Jardine 13, puts it all way for me, and does all my little jobs as well what more can you want (wonderful)
