No English channels

having arrived in CDA today I was looking forward to watching the highlights of the England game. 

The set top box is working but no English channels. I have tried to search the forum for previous posts but struggled to find a search function. Is this a common fault and how do,I fix    Thanks. LG

We are having similar issues.......arrived last night for the first time since October & only have 5 or 6 English channels compared to well over 20 before.

No ITV options at all.

I have performed a full channel search but cannot seem to resolve the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had the same problem last week. Millenium have some instructions for re-setting receiver box. Apparently it applies to most,but as normal not mine. To be far Olga at Millenium contacted new contractors and they came and retuned our receiver. Very pleasant and prompt. They seem to be on site most days so contact Millenium. My receiver was a newer version than ones on the instruction sheet. All channels seem to be back now.

I am now sorted......it took a bit of faffing around & a factory reset but all the channels are back.

I've never been so happy to see the beaming face of Jeremy Kyle....

Did you follow ML instructions to reset tv as we've just arrived and have the same problem? Ml are shut now till Tuesday so if anyone can help with what we should do will be much appreciated.

Hi, if its a PW box using the remote, the  default code should be (numbers)  0000.  Go > Menu > Maintenance > Channel Set Up > Auto Scan.
