we are looking to buy an appartment in the next couple of months and very keen on this developement. Can anyone advice on which is the best agent to go with for this sale, and look forward to meeting new friends when we get there.

Steve and I used Andy at Condado Invest in Oct - Dec 13 and couldn't recommend him highly enough - he walked us through the whole procedure and made it completely stress free.
After we signed with notary and sols and provided all necessary documentation the next we heard we had completed and could collect the keys - all within 5 weeks x
Sunglasses and Sandals at the ready!!

We bought through Andy at Condado Invest witout ever having seen the property or having been to Murcia and had to trust his advise. Glad we did as it turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made, walking into our apartment for the first time did not disappoint.
Found Andy really honest and easy to deal with, the buying process was good for us and used the PALS solicitors to complete and all went through fine. We received out title deeds a few months after our purchase due to us not being in Spain before.
I recommend Andy at Condado Invest. Good luck!

Highly recommend Andy in Condado Invest. He is without doubt a real good egg. He brought us through the whole procedure wth such ease and totally hassle free. Good honest man. Goes above and beyond to help you with everything. Have to mention his staff also. Great bunch of people to deal with.

Hi everyone, I have just had my mortgage offer through for a 2 bed on Naranjos 5 and it's a lot less than I was originally advised it would be. It works out to be around 107% which means I am around 4k short. The offer would mean that they would keep my 3000e deposit and me having to pay an extra 1k, plus cover the legal fees and connection charges etc. I am worried I will lose both the apartment and deposit now as cannot afford to go ahead with the purchase on the finance offered as was relying on paying for the solicitors, utilities connections, insurance etc from the deposit refund. I advised the agent of this before applying for the mortgage and was assured that I would get the 3000e deposit back on completion to cover these costs.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Unfortunately with this particular bank at the moment this is quite common and really all that you cam do is either find the finance or cancel the deal
You have done well with 107% because the NORMAL spanish mortgage for non-residents is between 60% - 70%
I don't see how you should loose your deposit because if you did make it clear that it was paid on the basis of the 110% mortgage you should have a claim, the agent should say that you will also get the 3k back if the mortgage is not agreed

hi all we have just completed two weeks ago ,we used julio at bluemed invest in mazarron ,both himself and his team ninka and yelco helped use through our buying process i must say yelco new all about condado and even knew which apartments had sun in am or pm .the bank was a little slow took 8 months start too finish but it was 110 deal.you can not buy cheaper anywhere and the resort as i have visisted many times even in winter is really tidy and kept clean.security is good and the resort center the al kazar has a selection of shops and restaurants.we are relocating too our apartment as soon as we have sold our house in the uk,the sunday market in the port is a must so is cartagena and murcia.such a great region of spain that is unspoilt by tourisum.many wonderful places to visit and lovely beaches.lidl and aldi and ikea are just some of the big names near in half hours drive. campersol is 5 mins drive it has a british fish shop also a brilliant indians,every one is so happy and welcoming ,their is too much stuff too list .this must NOT be missed if your looking for a holiday home or just to move out here full time .we are so happy with our purchase and it feels like a real home already.happy buying regards mark and lesley griffiths

Hi guys
we completed back in oct going through bluemedinvest on the 110% deal jelco is excellent and Julio too and all the girls in the office are all helpful the complex at Condado is fantastic with a great community spirit which you don't get in the uk now. The bank does move slow so stick with it it will all be worth it in the end and remember the price is excellent at the moment especially with the exchange rate. But I recommend bluemedinvest all the way.
