Painting Fund

Just had 15 euros deducted by DD from my account TWICE by ML for what I presume is the painting fund.  Anyone had the same?

Yes, by why did they take TWO payments, should onlt be €15 a quarter yet they have taken 2 payments in March.

I have e-mailed ML but no response yat.

We had the same - it has been agreed on the last Presindents meeting...

We have been informed by ML in advance that there will be a separate booking.

there should of only been one payment taken, have complained to Ml and they said to go to the bank and request a refund.  If you have on-line banking you can request the return of one of the payments on-line.

ML got back to me to say either claim the overpayment back via internet banking, or leave it to cover the next quarter payment. 

It appears that ML have requested the €15 payment on both the 4th and 5th of March from the bank accounts.

I have applied for a reversal on line.

Just re-ckecked our Spanish Bank account:
Only one booking of € 15,00 on March, 3rd...

Looks not like a general error in their system...
