No need for box at all.
Unplug the device and put antennae socket in tv.
Go to settings and tune tv from there.You'll get all your channels back in a few minutes.
Your TV will have to have a built in dvb-c tuner rather than the more common dvb-t ('freeview') tuner for the below solution to work.

Thanks - the TV is a few years old with no built in option. I need a box so just looking to see where I can get one cheap
