We are considering buying a villa in Hacienda del Alamo and wondered if anyone knows if you are allowed to fence your garden. We have two cats and would like to erect a fence around the property to stop them straying. The fence would need to be about 2 metres high. I know some urbanisations do not like fences and prefer an open enviroment. Any advice would be most welcome.

I was looking at apts on this resort, if you dont get your answer on here, ask your agent if they have the contact details for the administration people who over see the running of resort, its better to get it from the horses mouth. Good Luck
I doubt very much whether there would be any problems with this. Some of the villas on phase 4 have fences at least two meters high surrounding the garden - so go ahead and make sure your pets are safe.
