We have been having major issues with Iberdola and our electric bill, due to wrong meter reading. Because we only visit 3-4 times a year , it was looking to be a nightmare to sort , but thanks to Millenium , in particular Concha, the issue has been resolved, and we have now been billed for the correct amount. The work she put in to sort on our behalf, was terrific, and we very much appreciate all her efforts. So as the header says...credit where credit is due!
