We bought here in July after originally visiting the resort in March to look at a bank reposession. We missed out on the bank property we wanted, although I believe it has become available since. However, we ended up buying a resale property as we loved the place so much. I've stayed out there for just shy of a week and I wasn't disappointed.
It is very quiet on the resort - you'll either see that as a positive or a negative - for me it's perfection. Everyone we have met has been very friendly and willing to help.
There is nothing really on site, but only a 10-15 min drive to restaurants and the beach. Or a 15-20min walk to the nearest village of La Tercia where there is a bar and well stocked shop.
The site is immaculately maintained and the pools lovely. Security barriers had been reinstated at the entrance.
The quality of the build is excellent.
