Over summer 2015 we had holiday rentals on our property on Roda - the rentals were obtained via a holiday lettings website who took the payments and forwarded them on to us. Every 3 months I let our accountants know how much we had received and details of expenses we had incurred. They didnt seem to know how to deal with us and finally said they were going to have a meeting with the council. Finally today they have said they need the passport details of all the tenants which we havnt got as its not something we or the letting website take - is this normal ? Just wondered what other people do thanks
