Fly/insect screens .......who to use for Money transfers.

Hi, can anyone recommend somebody that installs/fits fly screens. Approx cost for a 2 bedroom apartment?

Who do people recommend to use for money transfers?

Use transferwise for amounts < £1000, and CurrencyFair for larger amounts.

TransTransferWise or Azimo for transfers,  both have apps for phones or online for easy transfer once set up,  I flick between the two depending on which is offering the better rate/lowest charge but they are always close.

To transfer small amounts whilst in Spain we use our Halifax Clarity credit card to withdraw cash (max of £500/day) from an ATM and pay straight into our bank.  If you pay off Halifax same day there are no charges, they don't even charge for using the ATM, plus you get almost the wholesale rate. You only need to do this a few times in your stay to get a reasonable amount over. So no fees at all, just needs a bit of planning. 

We used Bryan's Blinds for our fly screens.  They were recommended by our keyholder. We didn't shop around as we thought the prices were reasonable:

• lounge  double sliding door - 110 euros
• double bedroom double sliding door 100 euros
• single bedroom  window 85 euros

We use Azimo for money transfer. They are one of the cheapest around and comparable with Transferwise. I transfer 600 euros a month and have never had a problem.

I used vip for our screens and was initially happy, however after 3 months the only 2 fixings pulled out of the wall and the inch of silicone to bridge a gap split. I contacted John and he refused to put them right asking for a further 100euro. I have now refitted them myself with the correct amount and type of fixings.
